This is goose egg time, but where are they?
Not many people know but goose eggs, equivalent in size to 2 hen eggs, make superb omelets and cakes. The only problem is that domestic geese lay over a month, once a year in the Spring. So it becomes a game with me and my laying goose. Where has she made her nest, which she is trying to conceal from all viewers? Can I get to it and can I take a few, over the next month, for my own use? At the moment she is winning as I do not know where she is laying them. I will have to keep watching to see if I can find out where she is going.
